Embodied ease: breath, therapeutic yoga & self-compassion
with tracey soghrati
A 2-hour therapeutic yoga workshop blending mindful breathwork, gentle movement, and myofascial release with therapy balls. Designed to release tension, support nervous system regulation, and cultivate self-compassion, grounding, and embodied ease.

Embodied presence: a practical training in mindfulness and self-compassion
with Tracey Soghrati
An experiential weekend training for yoga teachers, clinicians, and allied professionals to learn mindfulness and self-compassion through embodied practice. Participants explore nervous system regulation, foundations of mindfulness (breath, body, thoughts, emotions, awareness), and mindful attitudes (COAL). The program introduces core principles of self-compassion, psychological flexibility, and meditation, with practical tools to support a sustainable personal practice.
