Meet Catherine Perta

Catherine Perta is a Registered Massage Therapist and passionate advocate for movement, and its vital role in cultivating a healthy body and a clear mind.

Grounded in evidence-based practice, Catherine’s treatments are tailored to each individual to support healing, recovery, maintenance, and injury prevention. She incorporates techniques such as myofascial release, cupping therapy, trigger point therapy, and joint mobilizations to address injury recovery, muscle overuse and fatigue, stress, and pain. Through this personalized approach, she helps clients improve range of motion, mobility, flexibility, and posture, while promoting tension release and nervous system regulation. One of her favourite ways to soothe the nervous system is through a deeply restorative face and cranial treatment.

Catherine’s ultimate goal within The Restoration Space is to help clients of all ages restore balance and move beyond healing - to overcome physical and mental limitations, achieve new goals with ease and vitality, find mental clarity, and embrace the full potential of what their bodies are capable of, while also honouring the body’s natural need for rest.
