    All of our yoga classes include elements of breath awareness, balance, strength, mobility and exploring connections between mind and body. Whether you are new to yoga or more experienced, you will find our classes both accessible and challenging at the same time.

  • pilates

    Combining the traditional principals and movements of mat Pilates with a reformer machine, our Reformer Pilates classes provide a superior experience that utilizes the entire body to improve muscle tone, strength and posture. Isolating small muscle groups and recruiting deep core stabilizer muscles, we foucs on working smarter, not harder. Accessible to students at every level.

    Our wellness wing hosts a team of highly skilled and experienced clinicians with a holistic approach to health and well-being. From Thai Yoga Massage to Osteopathy and Physiotherapy with a focus on pelvic floor health, we are equipped to address simple and complex injuries, chronic pain, as well as injury prevention and overall physical wellness.
