  • This class is for intermediate students who have a solid understanding of Classical Pilates and its basic exercises. It builds on what you've already learned, with faster transitions, tempo, and pace. Classical II is where you'll find your Pilates flow.

    **Prerequisite: To enrol in a classical II class, students must first complete 5 classical I classes.
