This class is rooted in Hatha Yoga practice and philosophy with a focus toward foundational teachings of Asana (Posture) and Pranayama (Breathwork). Students are guided through a set series of willful and active postures that aim to achieve harmony and balance in the mind, body and spirit. Time is offered in every pose to safely learn, explore and dive deep into one’s experience of their practice. This class is great for those who are new to Yoga while still challenging an experienced practitioner.

Flow l is a beginner friendly yoga class rooted in Vinyasa Yoga practice and philosophy with a focus toward the foundations of linking breath to movement. Students are guided through various sequences of postures designed to encourage a flow state.

Flow ll is an intermediate Yoga class rooted in Vinyasa Yoga practice and philosophy with a focus toward the foundations of linking breath to movement. This is designed to be accessible for strong beginner students with variations that will challenge a seasoned practitioner. Be prepared to connect deeper in this creative and vigorous Vinyasa Yoga practice.

A therapeutic style class designed for exploring facets of flexibility with long holds to create a meditative experience. As the bodies tissues are held in lengthened positions, chemicals are produced that encourage resiliency, strength and hydration within the fascia. This practice also provides students a great way to start in an environment with reduced heat.

A challenging physical movement practice using ballet barres and a variety of weights and other props to strengthen, tone and sculpt arms, legs, core and beyond. Barre offers both strength and cardiovascular benefits through continuous and vigorous movement while isolating small muscle groups simultaneously. Barre classes are an excellent complement to any other movement practice already a part of your repertoire. If you love Yoga and or Pilates classes at Sukha, give Barre a try, and leave the studio totally energized and invigorated!

Yang/Yin is a reduced heat class that combines the best of both worlds. Begin your class with a gentle Hatha yoga flow sequence followed by a series of therapeutic Yin yoga postures. This class will leave you feeling a deep sense of restoration in both mind and body. All levels welcome.
