  • This beginner to intermediate-friendly Vinyasa Yoga class connects breath with movement in a dynamic flow of poses. Suitable for all levels, you'll be guided through a series of sequences designed to build strength, flexibility, and focus, with options to modify or challenge yourself as needed.

  • This Vinyasa class is designed for intermediate students, offering a faster-paced flow that challenges strength, flexibility, and coordination. With more advanced poses and transitions, you'll refine your practice while building endurance and focus. Expect a dynamic, energetic sequence that encourages deeper exploration of your movement and breath.

  • Yin Yoga is a slow-paced practice that focuses on deep, passive stretches held for several minutes to target the connective tissues. This calming practice encourages relaxation, increases flexibility, and promotes joint health.practice also provides students a great way to start in an environment with reduced heat.

  • This is a high-energy class combining elements of Ballet, Pilates, and Strength Training for a full-body workout. Using a barre for support, you'll perform small, controlled movements to tone and sculpt muscles, improve flexibility, and boost your endurance.

  • Yang Yin Yoga blends dynamic, active poses (Yang) with slower, deeper stretches (Yin). The class starts with energizing movements and is followed by longer held, restorative poses.A balanced practice that nurtures both body and mind.
